installation method

1.Remove the original CPU, clean up the dust on the fan and heat sink , and clean up the original  residual silicone grease on the heat sink.It is important to clean up the residual silicone which has been hardened.

2.Inserted the new CPU in the correct direction . Put some residual silicone on the top of the CPU.  Do not apply too much, just to fill the gap between the CPU top and the heat sink for the best .

3.Replace the heat sink. Use your fingers to press and hold the heat sink and move around it  to disperse silicone grease and exclude air. Then screw on screws by diagonal . Please each rotation of one screw is a few times and then spin the next screw, not a screw in the end .

Note: if the temperature of the new CPU is too high, or it is  unstable  of the temperature, carefully examined and control the above three, and checked that if it is bad quality with the grease . After doing this , most of the problems can be solved .
